Electric Vehicles And Solar–Good Idea?

From 2008 to 2021 I didn’t own a car, didn’t need one living in Latin America where mass transportation is cheap and effective. Traveling let me check out numerous countries and locals to pick a permanent location for me to be.

So in 2021 I moved my life to Oaxaca in a small pueblo outside the city. Love living here in such a peaceful and welcoming community.

But, in order to do the work of ceremony and herbs I needed a car. Now charging stations have not been available here so couldn’t really consider an electric but maybe a hybrid.

So once again I did research to find out if electric vehicles were actually more environmentally friendly like the government and media like to say. A year ago I could find no studies proving either side.

Turns out they are not and we are now starting to see the studies to prove it. With all the heavy metals and complex manufacturing I’m not surprised.

Turns out electric vehicles and solar panels are creating a worse environment than gas cars. The whole green new deal agenda is not achieving what they think they are.

So I bought gas.

And, if you live in Texas or California who do not have enough electricity to charge your vehicle. They are asking you not to charge it at this time.

Some interesting reading on the topic.
